We kindly ask you not to publish the property in parallel yourself - this way we avoid duplicates, differing prices and descriptions, which scare off buyers and lower the property's value in their eyes. Registrations are paid separately. Even in this case, we make sure the transaction is carried out safely and correctly.

We post properties on the largest Latvian portals (City24, SS lv, etc.), publish them on our website and, if necessary, use international platforms if the property is of interest to foreign buyers. This provides maximum audience coverage.

Yes, it is a mandatory part. We use modern technology for photos, videos and 3D tours so that your property looks as advantageous as possible. Beautiful images and presentation increase the number of views at least twice - and therefore the chance to sell faster.

We take care of all legal issues. We check the documents for the property, consult on taxes so that you avoid unnecessary expenses, work with banks and notaries. You don't need to get into bureaucracy - you just come to the deal and get the money.
