How to view the digital Land Register?

1. Sign in with Latvija.lv

Open www.zemesgramata.lv and in the website menu click the "Pieslēgties" button, then sign in via Latvija.lv or using user credentials.

2. Start searching for a property

Click "Mani īpašumi" or "Meklēt īpašumu".

If you selected "Meklēt īpašumu", enter the property address and click "Meklēt".

4. View the section

Find the "Nodalījums" field for the required Land Register entry and click it.

Click "Ieskatīties nodalījumā" without changing the settings.

6. Downloading the document

Click "Lejupielādēt nodalījuma norakstu" or choose another option.

My purchases

In the website menu click "Mani pirkumi" to view invoices, purchased documents, and download them.
