How to order an inventory file?

Open the www.kadastrs.lv website and in the site menu click the button "Sign in with Latvija.lv".

In the site menu click the button "Search Real Estates" or "Search groups of premises".

Enter the property address or cadastral number and click the button "Search".

Find the button "View documents" next to the required group of premises and click it.

Click the button "Order other archive documents" if there is no required document available online in the archive.

Click the button next to the entry "Cadastral survey file for the group of premises" at the end of the list, then click the button "Next".

Select the preferred document delivery format. We recommend choosing "Electronically without e-signature" and then clicking the button "Next".

Make sure that "I want to receive the document in full..." is selected. In the field for justifying the need for information, write "for information" and click the button "Next".

Attention! If you are ordering the inventory file under a power of attorney, at this step you must add a scanned copy of the power of attorney in "Document upload". It must be signed with the client's e-signature.

If you are sure that the information has been entered correctly, click the button "Confirm" and wait for the document.

The system will automatically generate a payment for this service, which you must pay. After the payment has been received, your application will be processed within approximately 10 business days.

In some cases, the system does not generate the payment automatically. Then you need to check when a staff member uploads the invoice in the section "My portal" > "My account" > "My orders" > "Invoices".
