To submit a request and participate in a video conference, you first need to create a profile.
Open the latvijasnotars.lv portal and click the "Ienākt ar latvija.lv" button. During sign in, accept the latvija.lv terms of use and choose the authentication method that is most convenient for you.
When you authorize for the first time, you will need to provide your email address and phone number. This information is required so the notary can contact you.
If you sign in using an eID card or eParaksts, eParakstītājs 3.0 must be installed on your computer, you can download it here:
https://www.eparaksts.lv/lv/lejupielades, and the eParaksts signing extension must be enabled in your browser. If you sign in using eParaksts mobile, internet banking, or Smart-ID, the corresponding apps must be installed on your smartphone.
